Our wine by the glass in magical places!

With people drinking less and better, moderation very much a la mode, the days of by the glass bag in box vin de table are over.

For producers, it’s somewhat of a holy grail — when a wine is poured by the glass, volumes skyrocket compared to when it's tucked away in a long bottle list.

But competition is fierce: sommeliers have literally millions of options, and only select a few wines that offer maximum pleasure to guests (and sometimes, a little extra for the owners!).
