2023 Harvest & vintage update! 🍇
Hello!
We finished the 2023 harvest on the 27th of september, "les Ă©coulages" and vinifications yesterday! Things went very well, with a good quantity of very ripe, juicy, thick skinned berries, with good sugar levels very healthy acidity and potential alcohols of around 13,5-14%.
All our parcels and their grapes reached full maturity & our harvest began relatively early, on the 13th September, given the heat of the summer. As ever, we picked the Cabernet Franc last, it being the slowest variety to fully ripen.

We had almost optimal conditions to bring in the grapes, we mainly worked in the mornings, starting very early as it warmed up quite a bit in the afternoon, and it’s not so good for the winemaking to have warmer grapes. A couple of rainstorms meant we put things on pause, but it all went very well, and are all looking forward to the end of the macerations to get a good taste of the vintage.Â
In this month of October, during which the Indian summer seems to be going on forever (30 degrees today, the 11th October!), we'd like to put our 2018 in the spotlight. It's drinking perfectly now, still has many years ahead of it and has received over 200 positive reviews on Vivino, with a magnificent average rating of 4.2/5. 92/100 from James Suckling, & even better after 30 minutes decanting, and can be enjoyed over a couple of days post opening.Â
Finally, don't forget to follow us on Instagram (send us a little hello in DM), on Tiktok, on LinkedIn, and give us a review on Google, but also on Vivino (it really helps us a lot!) place a nice order on our website or simply visit it, tell your friends and family about us...
Thank you all for your support, and we wish you all the best!
